Every church, like a person, has a personality. Purpose relates to "what we do" while personality relates to "how we do it". Our personality has developed over time and through circumstance. As we have embraced clear Biblical principles over time and through circumstance, we have a clear understanding of the core values that we embrace. These core values come together to give us a common heart (DNA) in every aspect of the ministry. Below are the core values that define our personality:
- Be passionate for God, His church, and His kingdom
- Live Christ-Centered lives that clearly express the Lordship of Jesus
- Be a Spirit-filled church where the ministry of the Holy Spirit is a priority
- Recognize the priesthood of every believer and that every believer is a minister of reconcilliation
- See every person as having unique value and a divine destiny
- Live with Kingdom values, vision, and lifestyle
- Value a sense of family and belonging
- Live a supernatural life naturally
- Be a person full of absolute grace and truth
- Carry a father's heart
- Have a big world vision and a compassionate burden for the lost
- Desire excellence in all that we do.
- Value authourity and seek to live lives of submission
- Practice team-oriented ministry
- Engage the community for influence and impact on the moral fabric
- Have a servant's heart
- Build from relationship to structure rather than from structure to relationship. Our relationships are defined by key values [More on this]
