There is no doubt that without structure there will be confusion. However, an overly structured system will inhibit the flow of life. With this in mind, we have adjusted our structure to accomplish the purposes we feel God has placed before us. In a traditional church setting the senior pastor sets the vision of the church. The members of the church are then called upon to help fulfill that vision. As we have endeavoured to see every person actively engaged in bringing and advancing the kingdom of God to their everyday life, we have developed a structure and approach that goes against this traditional model. We call our new structure the "Back to the Future" model. We have come to this conclusion through our belief that the early church was much more organic and simple, supported by five-fold gift ministry that equipped people to do the work of the ministry.
